This time, Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) has decided on the target projects for the Creation Grant of the first period of fiscal year 25.
This grant program aims to support creative activities that promote the charm of Tokyo's arts and culture to the world, and partially covers expenses for organizations that perform performances and exhibitions with high planning capabilities. The first phase of the 25th fiscal year subsidy was for the implementation project from April 1, 25 to March 31, 26, and there were 142 applications.
As a result of a rigorous review by Arts Council Tokyo, 50 projects were selected for grants (35.2% acceptance rate).
The total amount of subsidies scheduled to be granted in the first phase will be 57.8 million yen.
