Roppongi Art Night The Executive Committee has decided to hold "Roppongi Art Night 2026", an art festival set in the city of Roppongi, from Saturday, October 31, 2026 to Sunday, November 1, 2026.
This year, the all-night event will finally be held for the first time in three years, where you can enjoy art from sunset to dawn. You can rediscover the energy of the city night and enjoy the ultimate extraordinary that can only be experienced in this evening, such as late-night art crawls and performances.
Launched in 2009, Roppongi Art Night is a large-scale cultural event set in the city of Roppongi, where cultural facilities such as museums, large complexes, and shopping streets are concentrated. By scattering a variety of works such as contemporary art, design, music, video, and performance throughout the city to create extraordinary experiences, we propose a lifestyle that enjoys art. As a leading art festival in Tokyo, we continue to create new value for the city.
This year's featured program, which is in its 15th year*, focuses on specific countries and regions and showcases works by artists who are active there. This time, we will focus on France, the home of the "Nuit Blanche (White Nights)" that became the model for "Roppongi Art Night", and liven up Roppongi, the city that never sleeps.

* The Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 and 2021.
In addition, the "Open Call Project", a public call for works project that has been held since 2015, will be held again this year, and works are currently being accepted. Anyone can apply for this project, and 101 works have been released in the 11 years until 2025. We sincerely welcome applications for works that will become part of "Roppongi Art Night" and further illuminate the charm of the city of Roppongi.
