【Held】metote-lab ×5005 Cultural Center Program "5005 Open Day"

"metote-lab" is a laboratory in which deaf people, deaf people, and CODA (hearing people with deaf parents) who speak visual language (Japan sign language) take the lead in creating a place for emergence (home) based on each person's senses and language. We carry out various projects on the theme of cultivating a natural culture consisting of visual language.

metote-lab uses the "5005" working space based on sign language and visual language to carry out the "5005 Open Day" every month to experimentally open the base to the city as part of the dissemination of "natural culture born from zero."
Based on the physical sensation of the language of sign language, the "DeafSpace" space is designed to make it easier for deaf people to spend time, and you can relax and watch videos, sit down and take a break, and chat with the staff on the spot... Why don't you turn your attention to the visual language in your daily life and open your senses?
