Business Overview

As the 8th dance festival organized by the Body Arts Laboratory and led by the artists, we held the whenever wherever festival 2018. The program includes performances, talks and exhibitions planned by four artists as curators. Under the theme of "Sokai ha shakuchi," multiple programs were held simultaneously for four days in the underground theater of Kitasenju BUoY, which is divided into six spaces. The festival space was likened to leased land by the hour, and an attempt was made to establish autonomous regions in each area, so to speak, in the city. Profile

[Body Arts Laboratory]
Established in 2008 as an artist-led dance organization (Director: Yamazaki Kota). In addition to holding the festival wwfes in Tokyo (2009-2015/2018), as a research activity, he publishes criticism and interviews mainly on the web. BAL aims to help artists communicate with each other.
