The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture will implement three art projects, the TOKYO FORWARD 2025 Cultural Program, in 2025, when the World Athletics and Deaflympics will be held in Tokyo.
Deaf people and hearers, artists with different languages and living environments, meet and take on the challenge of creating an unprecedented stage production.
