In order to realize a society in which everyone can enjoy arts and culture, the Government will support efforts aimed at improving accessibility by private organizations implementing arts and culture projects. The aim is to increase the number of examples of support for viewers and participants who need support, to create opportunities for them to come into contact with art and culture, and to disseminate widely throughout society the need to improve accessibility to art and culture.

In FY2025, we will expand subsidies such as the establishment of a new "2025 Momentum Building Frame" in order to further spread viewing support with the World Athletics and Deaflympics to be held this fall. In addition, from this fiscal year, the group requirements for applicant organizations will be relaxed from within Tokyo to be located in Japan, and efforts to support the appreciation of private organizations at exhibitions and performances held in Tokyo will be further supported.
This Grant Programs will provide support through subsidies in conjunction with support such as attending courses and responding to consultations by Tokyo Support Center for the Arts and Culture ARTNOTO.

【Grant for Accessibility】Japan Arts organizations, private organizations, executive committees, theaters, halls, etc. with headquarters offices or head office locations in Japan
【Grant for Accessibility 2025 Momentum Building Frame】 In addition to the above, (1) Implementation of projects with a large ripple effect, such as the scale of attracting customers, (2) Cooperation in campaigns (*) Public relations, etc.

Public performances and exhibitions held in Tokyo in the following fields that are open to the general public
Music, theater, dance, art, photography, media arts (Video, movies, manga, anime, games, etc.), traditional performing arts, performing arts, lifestyle culture (Tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, etc.), art activities that are not restricted to specific genres (complex), etc.
