There are a variety of ways to enjoy art and culture, including creating, appreciating, holding, collecting, incorporating into our lives, and supporting as volunteers.
In addition to the above-mentioned ways of enjoying the arts, the government will propose ways of enjoying the arts that are not widely spread or have never been enjoyed, and support initiatives and infrastructure development that create opportunities for Tokyo residents to become familiar with arts and culture.
Through this grant, we aim to create a virtuous cycle by increasing the number of people involved in art and culture by promoting the development of a foundation that allows artworks to take root in the daily lives of Tokyo residents and broadens the scope of artists' activities.
