Business Overview

UNIca's new performance "Antipiol" directed by Sakata Yukiko was performed from Friday, March 28, 2025 to Sunday, March 30 at Theatre Babylon's River Bank. The title was inspired by the name of an ointment that refers to an auditory hallucination that appears in the memoir of a girl with mental illness. Believing that "It's not just her, it's everyone's inner feelings that they don't know about, feelings that are stifled, traumas that come out like Antipior." Sakata Yukiko used physical expression to delve deeply into the complex emotions hidden inside people and their conflicts. In this performance, in addition to talented technical staff such as Takayuki Fujimoto as an illuminator and Hidetoshi Wavami as a music and sound engineer, unique dancers such as Hajime Ueda, Rino Komoda, Honoka Saiki, Ami Zheng and Rieko Hirata appeared, and Miya (modular flute) and Takumi Ikeda (computer) joined in the live performance to create a deep world view.
