SIGNAL+Vol. 2 Yuzuru Kondo, Lou Harrison is a percussion ensemble concert held on February 27, 2025. Lou Harrison's "Suite" and "Concerto for Violin and Percussion Orchestra" and Kondo Yuzuru's "Under the Umbrella" were taken up. Mae ASO, Kotaro KIKUCHI, Mei MURASE and Reika SHIMIZU, who studied together with the percussion trio SIGNAL at the Tokyo University of the Arts, performed in this performance.

Profile
[SIGNAL]
A percussion trio formed by 3 members who entered Tokyo University of the Arts in 2018. His concept is to create works that bring out the primitiveness, simplicity and purity of percussion instruments, and his repertoire includes works by John Cage and Lou Harrison. He passed the audition for the performers of the Honokuni Toyohashi Art Theater PLAT One Coin Concert and gave a performance, which was well received. He launched a series called "SIGNAL +" to perform masterpieces rarely performed with guests, and the first concert was a success in March 2024. In addition to percussion music, the members themselves arrange and perform classical and film music, and conduct outreach activities to nursery schools and elementary schools.
