Business Overview
Through activities to grow and dye indigo leaves, local elementary school students and local residents will understand that the local community is a dyeing town. In addition, by exhibiting the products obtained through the experience at the "Busta Shinjuku Tokyo Tourist Information Center" and the Mujirushi Ryohin Keikaku Ariake Store, which have many tourists, the aim is to spread the "Some no Machi Aichiai" in Japan and abroad.

In 2020, Futaba Co., Ltd., which celebrated 100 years in business, was reborn as Somenosato Ochiai General Incorporated Association as a workshop that is more closely connected to the community and loved by people. We will continue to carry on dyeing techniques and traditions, as well as manufacture and sell products, run classes, and hold workshops in line with the times.
We will continue our activities to pass down the joy of dyeing and the Japanese spirit seen in hand dyeing to future generations.
The entire staff will strive to be loved by everyone.
