Business Overview
The Federation of Neighborhood Associations in the former Hachioji district holds the 'Hachioji Hojo Ujiteru Festival' in order to create a society "from the community" where everyone comes together and helps each other. The festival includes a warrior procession from each community, baton twirling, cheerleading, drumming and brass band performances, and even participation in a mock store held by the community association.
