[Year 1 Project Outline]
Dance Leader Development Program by DanceSyndrome Description: We invited key members of DanceSyndrome, which operates a community dance program for people with disabilities in the UK, to Tokyo and conducted a 9-day training program for people with disabilities to organize and facilitate workshops with dance artists. We introduced a dance facilitator training program that supports the social participation of people with disabilities using the DanceSyndrome method to Japan, and created an opportunity to develop human resources for practical use in Japan.

[Outline of the 2nd Year Project]
In order to contribute to the development of the dance creative environment from an inclusive perspective, the project was developed with the two main themes of "co-creation" and "research" in the UK.
1. Co-creation
Dai Matsuoka of LAND FES visited Preston, UK as a choreographer and participated in DanceSyndrome "iCreate" to create works in collaboration with dancers with disabilities.
2. Research (research and analysis)
We visited and surveyed organizations practicing inclusiveness in various parts of the UK.
