Business Overview
Based on the favorable reception of the first performance, a theatrical performance created with a motif of "clothing" and a theme of "accelerationism and SNS society" will be performed again this year. The life of clothes consumed (dying) due to change of clothes and fashion is overlapped with the human figure tossed about by the transition of tools and sense of value. The film uses charming but flat characters, their symbolism, and the staging of scattering, tearing, and throwing away symbolizing life and death to express the comfort of SNS society and the inextricably thin nature of it, raising doubts about the "Continue to accelerate and adapt". Profile
[Kamado Kitchen]
Started as a solo project to perform plays by Kengo Kodama. It became a theatrical company in 2019. Using the linguistic sensibility of an artist influenced by SNS culture, he creates a fictional society and characters that are secondhand interpretations of landscapes and objects seen by the human eye, such as cedar forests, clouds, dust, and clothes, and creates and performs "fiction that reconstructs life within a radius of a few millimeters to tens of thousands of kilometers," which overviews and criticizes human society by describing the daily lives and collapses of the fictional society.
