Since its establishment in 1951, it has cooperated in the promotion of culture in Toshima Ward, and has been working to develop the traditional Japan culture, the flower arrangement and tea ceremony, as a familiar art culture.
He is also a member of the Tokyo Flower Arrangement Tea Ceremony Federation and continues to participate in Gokokuji tea ceremonies, flower exhibitions, Tokyo Grand Tea Ceremony at the Hamarikyu Garden, and other events.
