Business Overview
We prepared an environment in which children's creative motivation would explode, and tried to encourage them to create in a natural way. Architects, carpenters, and children built buildings, Skyman, which is about 7 meters tall, and a society called "a town for children," all of which could not be built by one person. In the creation of Skyman, we worked with various people that we don't normally interact with, including illustrator Yasumichi Inoue, who helped us create images of children, the musical group "Totentan," which celebrates the final day on stage with children, and staff from high school and university students.

Profile
[PLAY-WORK Executive Committee]
In order to foster human resources capable of playing active roles in an unprecedented future, the PLAY-WORK Executive Committee has adopted as its main philosophy the guarantee of "the right to play freely," "the right to have one's opinions respected," and "the right to be forgiven for failure" by children and young people, in order to demonstrate their independence and diversity. It mainly holds "work like play" children's town projects.
