Business Overview
From January to February 2024, the Deaf Film Producer Training Course (Basic and Practical) was held as an opportunity for Deaf people to learn their language, sign language, and filmmaking directly from active role models such as British directors Louis Neeling and Mika Imai. There were 11 participants. In the basic section, they provided the basics of filmmaking, screenwriting and filming, and in the practical section, they were divided into 2 teams and made a short film of about 10 minutes and held a screening. This project was designed to build a foundation for developing a society in which deaf and hard of hearing people are naturally present at production sites.
