Business Overview
This project is a collaborative performance with guests including AFRO URBANITY, a creative electric afro-Cuban jazz band, Barodia Rodríguez, a Cuban dancer who has been a top dancer in the Cuban National Folk Dance Company for many years, and IZPON, who is active not only as a percussionist but also as a DJ and music creator. We used a theater as the venue. The 360 degree viewing style was adopted in which the audience was surrounded by the musicians, and the concept was that the dynamic dance and performance could be enjoyed from any angle. It was an experimental event in which a fusion of traditional Cuban dance, musical instruments (butter drums and congas) and the latest electronic instruments was combined with young talented wind instrumentalists to create something new while respecting the roots.
