Profile

【 Duo Nemu 】
Miho Kiyokawa (saxophone) and Nanami Okuda (piano) formed this group in 2021. They were both DAI students at the École Nationale Supérieure de Paris. In 2022, he was accepted into the master's course of chamber music at the Kyoto University of Music. He has held concerts of classical and contemporary music and improvisation at museums, conservatories and music festivals in Paris and abroad.
Both are currently enrolled in the Artist Diploma, which was established in 2022 at the Third Course of the Conservatoire Supérieure de Paris. The Ensemble Next, which was formed during the course, premiered a number of new works and performed together with groups such as Ensemble Antecontamporan and Ensemble Coursilcuy. With a shared passion for contemporary music and chamber music, he commissioned three pieces for tenor saxophone and piano for this recital under the theme of "new pieces with high repeatability."
