Business Overview
In a small theater, 11 oral presentations and 14 exhibits including materials, models, and works were presented by pairs/individuals of researchers and artists. A handout introducing all 36 researchers and artists was prepared and distributed. This event was opened to the public onsite for a limited time, and then the entire contents were reconstructed on the metaverse and opened to the public for a limited time. During the metaverse launch period, the company distributed 12 episodes of its talk series “For Beginners: These 3 Times ” and held 16 dialogue events with exhibitors in the metaverse. In addition, we designed two types of proof using NFTs, and issued (1) a proof of support for this program and (2) a proof of exchange of interlocutors. Major participating scientists include Toshiaki Ichinose, Shuichiro Tomita, Kei Nakajima, Mayumi Fukunaga and Taketoshi Minato. Artists include Kiko Iijima, Ushio, Ken Kitano, Yuki Yamamoto and Yu Yoshida. It is managed by Kanako IRIKU, Maki UTSUNOMIYA, Aisa SAKAGUCHI, Aya TSUBOI, Asako HASEGAWA, Toshihisa FUJIWARA and Takako YAMAGUCHI. [Fundamentals Program]
The Fundamentals Program, a voluntary organization, consists of members of the Public Relations Working Group of the Japan Science and Technology Public Relations Society (JACST), an independent mutual aid organization consisting of approximately 200 public relations officers from approximately 130 science and technology research institutes and universities nationwide, and volunteer artists who participate in the Fundamentals Program.
