Business Overview
This is an update to the Halloween version of Tokyo Gokan Park held in 2019 with the theme of "suspicious moving amusement park". The exhibition of works by local artists and special needs schools, etc., the sale of works by creators, and the holding of a craft market with WS. There will be performances by clowns and dancers based in Itabashi, live performances by musicians, and a costume contest with Tokyo's Takashima High School students. Volunteers from children's centers, junior high school students and high school students also participate in the event.

Based on the concept of "open but secret base," the artist runspace "time spot" has been operated since 2011. It has been continued as a conjunction of the region and art, as well as a place where experiments and indefinable things can be done.
Since its establishment, the theme has been "how artists can continue their activities." As a result of the experiment, it was incorporated in 2018. He also plans and manages events that are closely related to the local community, such as the Tokyo Five Senses Park hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Park Association and the Tokyo Danchi Warehouse Itabashi Festa, an event for local businesses, and designs and produces PR tools.
