Business Overview

The Theater Commons is a project to create "common land" in society by utilizing the "common knowledge" of theater. By "using theater" in daily life and urban space, in other words, utilizing theatrical ideas, it aims to present the form of "the coming theater/theater". Through theatrical imagination, different things and multiple times intermingle, and together with the artist, they create an experience that brings dialogues and discoveries that disintegrate everyday life. This 8th edition will feature VR performances, plays and video screenings. The following events were held: Apichatpong Weerasetakun's (VR performance), Q/Ichihara Satoko's (theatre performance), Saodat Izmailovo's “18,000 Worlds ” (film screening), Nastaran Razavi Khorasani's“ Songs for No One ” (theatre performance), Commons Tour (tour), Commons Forum #1 ~ 3 (talk event), and related programs: Lim Minuk's exhibition “Hyper Yellow ” and performance "S.O.S – Run Gods."
