Business Overview

This project spent a year talking with feminists in Ecuador and Latin America, and created socially engaged art in Japan. In November, an Ecuadorian feminist artist was invited to give workshops and artist talks. Through these activities and the holding of exhibitions, the promotion of art and cultural exchange between Japan and Latin America and the creation of ties were attempted.

【 Group of Struggling Itoh 】
The Group of Struggling Itoh was established to promote women's empowerment and international exchange through collaboration with artists and citizens from Latin America and Japan.
Through exchanges between Japan and Latin America, research will be conducted on the gender gap in each country and guidelines will be sought for practical solutions to the problem.

In addition, an art workshop will be held between Ecuadorian artists and local residents in Japan to create a network for international exchange and addressing the gender gap through art.
