Business Overview

This performance is titled "The 9th YAMAMOTO Amiso 25 stringed Soh Recital: Teguri, Michishirube" and consists of four works. It has the meaning of drawing the way to go by oneself and going in the direction drawn without getting lost. After more than 100 years, the 13 stringed Soh of the kintoshi Kikuoka Daisuke came to life, and I accidentally encountered the Daisuke Soh. Its elegant and graceful tone charmed the audience and set the stage quietly. The 25 stringed Soh expresses various music as a modern Soh and drifts eternal sounds. It became a performance to express the changing world of koto beyond time and space. 1. "Rokudan no Cho" (Akira INOUE, lyrics and music, text by R.S. Thomas) (composed by Kengyo YATSUHASHI), 2. "Sound After The Silence" (composed by Kumiko TAKAHASHI), 3. "Suizui wokeru - For 25 stringed Soh and Trombone" (composed by Kumiko TAKAHASHI), 4. "25 stringed Soh Soh Kyoku Biwagyo" (composed by Akira IFUKUBE)
