This event is held in partnership with Light Art Collection (LAC) which organizes “Amsterdam Light Festival ” in Amsterdam, Netherlands, which can be said to be the pioneer of light festival. Innovative and highly artistic works created by artists, architects, and product designers were exhibited in various places in Toranomon, suggesting a new way of enjoying winter that can not be experienced anywhere else, where everyone, young and old, men and women, foreigners, and Japanese, can view and interact together while touring the town.
