Profile
[General incorporated association Some-no-Sato Ochiai]
A dyeing studio that has been in Ochiai, Shinjuku-ku since 1920. Founded as Futaba Co., Ltd., it became a general incorporated association in 2020 with the aim of becoming a studio that is closer to the community and loved by people. In addition to manufacturing and selling not only kimono but also accessories and interiors, it also runs dyeing classes and holds workshops. He is working to pass on the enjoyment of dyeing and the Japanese spirit of hand-dyeing, and to pass on culture and techniques to the future.
