Business Overview

The second phase of the "Battery" mentorship program, which focuses on producers of theater companies, dance companies, etc. and freelancers (who do not have an employment relationship with an organization) among producers in the performing arts field (art managers, producers, coordinators, etc.), was implemented for approximately 9 months. The field in which the mentee is currently facing/working is used as a place for development, and the mentor team's experience and network support it, aiming to nurture human resources and lead to sustainable activities and vitality for the future. In addition to regular mentoring conducted by a team of mentors and mentees, regular debriefing sessions are held for all project members to have a dialogue, and public lectures are also held. At the end, all participants gathered in Tokyo and concluded the activity with a "last pitch."
