Saxophonist Masanori Oishi reappeared in the Musicians' Selection Series, in which the members performed programming. The main guest was saxophonist Yasuaki Shimizu, who has continued to stand out in the domestic and international music world with his unique borderless activities since the 70's, and he performed a concert centered on various approaches to contemporary music from other genres. Profile
[Tokyo Genon Keikaku]
Formed in 2012 by musicians active at the forefront of contemporary music. A new perspective is proposed from the performer side, such as a program focusing on Japanese premieres, commissioning unique compositions, and workshops for young performers, composers, and staff. In 2013, he received the 13 Keizo SAJI Award from the Suntory Arts Foundation for his work "Tokyo Genon Keikaku # 01".
