Business Overview
This film festival aims to become one of Shimokitazawa's representative events by building a cooperative relationship with local people, taking advantage of the characteristics of Shimokitazawa, a city where a variety of deep cultures are born and highly sensitive and creative people gather. The theme of the 11 edition is "Spark Film Surely 3 Days of Hazikel". In addition to a competition aimed at discovering and nurturing filmmakers, seven programs were held, including the world premiere of Imaizumi Rikiya's latest feature film, Above the Town, and a stage greeting.
