Business Overview

The project included a workshop with live music at an employment support office and a performance presentation titled "Our Planet Exploration Story." The purpose of this study was to make dancing a daily pleasure for people with disabilities and young people attending employment support offices, and to develop it into a purpose in life. Workshops were held in 13 locations with a total of 281 participants. In addition to the workshop participants, users and staff of after-school day services in our association participated in the presentation, and 23 people from elementary school students to those in their 50s participated in the presentation. Dancer and choreographer Ri Kato choreographed and facilitated the workshop, and Naoko Imamura (piano), Sho Hatsugano (percussion instruments), and Koichi Gumi (Piano and percussion instruments) performed.

Profile

[NPO One Step Music Studio]
Conducts exchange and enlightenment through music and dance. It operates a child development support service and an after-school day service called "One Step Club," where children with disabilities spend time with musicians and dancers. We also dispatch musicians and dancers who have learned about disabilities to concerts and dance workshops.
