Business Overview
Contact Gonzo, an artist group that performs improvisational performances that make physical contact, and Yantu, an artist who questions the subjectivity of artistic expression using autonomous machines, etc., will release a new performance "jactynogg zontaanaco in 2023" based on the performance work "Untitled Session" produced in 2019 Jaku Ti no Yu / Existential Ta Akoko". In this performance work, contact Gonzo's improvisational performance is recognized (misidentified), verbalized, and spoken as an image through two self-propelled machines created by Yantu. Contact Gonzo's physical movements can be output as natural language using an artificial intelligence model that learns from recent images. However, the intellectual way of perceiving the body is not limited to language and vision. This performance incorporated the latest conversational AI into the system and intervened in physical expression as a new translator, exposing unknown forms of knowledge.
