Business Overview
The MUNI Film Festival will be held for the second time, following on from 2022, as an international short film festival. The theme for 2022 was "Physical Empathy," while the theme for 2023 is "Ethics," with blue, symbolizing trust, peace, and stability, as this year's theme color. A variety of bold, creative, and experimental films, including documentaries, art films, animation, and fiction, from the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, France, Palestine, and Iran, were screened. After the screenings, attendees voted for the Audience Award, further livening up the festival. Dr. Lars Coens from the United Kingdom was invited as a guest for the MUNI Film Festival's traditional Artist Talk, where he discussed sound and imagery and held a Q&A with the audience.
