Business Overview
Through a talk event that included the experiences of Kim In-sook, who moved to Korea and worked for 15 years, and Utamura Hie, who was born in Tochigi and works as an artist while moving to England, Germany, and the United States under the national policy of more than 8000 coal miners and more than 10,000 nurses from Korea to West Germany between 1963 and 1977, and the transformation of identity of the subsequent generation, as well as works that focused on the identity and individuality of Asians in Europe, he looked at Japan from both inside and outside, and considered with viewers what kind of relationship it has with people from different backgrounds.

Profile
Kim In-sook
Based in Seoul and Tokyo. Based on the idea that "diversity is universal," he produces installations with themes such as daily life, memories, history, tradition, community, and family of "individuals" and uses photographs and images as the main media. In 2008, he held his solo exhibition "Sweet hours" at the Gwangju Municipal Museum of Art. He works at artist-in-residencies operated by the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Korea and the city of Dusseldorf in Germany, and shows his works at art festivals and exhibitions in Japan and abroad, including the Daegu Photo Biennale, the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography.
