FY2022 Life with Art Grant

Business Overview
In order to learn about and think about the reality of "international film festivals around the world," which open up possibilities for documentary filmmakers' careers and works, a public conference was held over two periods, and recorded videos were distributed. Symposiums, lectures, conversations and workshops featuring directors, producers, sales agents and curators were held every day, and international guests were also invited online and in person. The event was an opportunity for people involved in documentary films, including filmmakers and viewers, to gather together and share their experiences and knowledge, enabling them to discover new ways to enjoy and utilize films and film festivals. Many documentarians and screeners participated in the event, and it was an opportunity for the documentary film community to learn from each other.
