Business Overview

Exhibiting project at the planned exhibition sponsored by the European Culture Center (hereinafter referred to as ECC), held in conjunction with the 59 th Venice Biennale International Art Exhibition 2022. This year's theme is "Reflections." The exhibited works are outdoor sculptures of "a cube whose surface is covered with innumerable mirror surfaces that correspond to "Wind, light, water surface" in the surrounding natural environment" with the theme of "cooperation with nature". In addition, this project aims to present/discover "sustainability" which is one of the various issues of our time from the aspect of art.

Profile

[KAZ SHIRANE]
Born in Tokyo. Artist. After working in architecture offices in Tokyo, London and Shanghai, he presided over KAZ SHIRANE studio. Major works include "Tokyo Tower Top Deck" (2018), "Prism Wall" (2016), "Light Origami" (2015), and "WINK Space" (2013). So far, he has exhibited in various places around the world such as USA, Italy, Belgium, China, Russia, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Japan. He has received numerous international awards. It was selected as Interior design of the year in Architecture Master Prize2018 (USA). It has appeared in many media around the world.
