Business Overview
"Troll Forest" is an international outdoor art exhibition that started in 2002 at Tokyo Metropolitan Zenpukuji Park in Suginami Ward. Since 2013, they have expanded the area to the JR Nishi-Ogikubo area, and are developing various art projects such as performances at renovated cafes and natural food restaurants, and projects to discover the charm of the town. This year marks the 21 year anniversary of the event. For three weeks in November, it is an opportunity to experience familiar art.

The Troll Forest Executive Committee is an organization composed of participating artists, local galleries, activity groups, elementary schools and their support organizations. The project aims to provide a venue for the presentation of contemporary art works, promote understanding of art among local residents, foster interest in art among children and young people and their desire to express themselves, create a new town network through contemporary art, and revitalize the town through projects.
