Business Overview

The performance, which played a part in the art and culture of Tokyo, attracted many audiences (1,468 tickets, 81.5% attendance) and gained a great reputation. Designed for families with children from 4 years old and up, Daisuke Yokoyama will be the main guest performing Joe Hisaishi's "Sanpo" from "Orchestra Stories: My Neighbor Totoro" (with an introduction of musical instruments) and the famous song "Exhibition no e" (with an exhibition of paintings drawn directly from a welfare facility in Sumida). In addition, "OriHime," an alter-ego robot, participated in the project and provided opportunities for people with disabilities to work and communicate by talking with audiences and watching performances through remote control.

New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra
Established in 1972 as an independent orchestra under Seiji Ozawa and Naozumi Yamamoto.
In 97, based at Sumida Triphony Hall, they introduced the first franchise in Japan. In addition to regular concerts, he actively performs at special concerts and local concerts. In 2023, Yutaka Sado was appointed as the fifth music director, and while pursuing a high level of musicality, he has been advocating a wide range of musical activities for a wide range of audiences.
