Business Overview
To commemorate 30 years since the creation of the 25 stringed Soh created by the second generation Soh NOSAKA, 'Listen, Know, See - A Festival where you can understand everything about the 25 stringed Soh.'. It will consist of three pillars: a listening concert, a learning workshop, and a viewing exhibition. [Listening] The concert was performed by 29 people from 16 groups of 25 stringed koto players. He commissioned composer Akira Inoue to write a new work for this festival. A pre-talk was also held as a "secret story of musical instrument production." For the "Know" workshop, 3 courses were prepared and held: a beginner course for those who will be using 25 stringed Soh for the first time, an intermediate course for those who have experience but want to go a step further, and an advanced course to learn from the composer himself a piece commissioned by Nosaka. [View] In addition to tracing the flow of the past 30 years, a gallery was set up to exhibit the instruments, scores, and memos and photographs of the 25 stringed Soh that were used by Nozaka Misoju. The content was enhanced to include sales of scores and CDs related to 25 stringed Soh and sales of Kotozume by Japanese musical instrument stores.

This is a 25 stringed Soh devised and produced by the second generation Soh NOSAKA. 2021 marks 30 years since its creation, and to commemorate this, the 25 stringed Soh music festival will be held for 2 days. In order to realize it, Sori NOSAKA, the eldest daughter of Soju NOSAKA, proposed it, and 11 disciples (20 five-stringed instrument player, Naomon NOSAKA) agreed to it, and established and managed 'the executive committee of the festival commemorating 30 years of production of 25 stringed Soh.'.
