Business Overview

Through a joint production of dance originated in Japan and contemporary Taiwanese theater, the appeal of dance will be conveyed both domestically and internationally, and through exchanges with Taiwanese actors, the history, customs, and current theater of Taiwan will be introduced to Japan. They explore new possibilities of expression by coexisting differences arising from different cultures and genres. We will communicate the diversity of culture and expression to the world while respecting each other. Agaxart is a production team established in 2020 by dancer Emiko Wagatsuma. He plans and produces innovative dance performances and events, and conducts workshops for both the general public and professional performers in Japan and overseas, based on dance techniques. In a modern society overflowing with information, he explores the relationship between the body, mind and soul, unearthing pre-verbal expressions and working to enhance people's creativity. In recent years, Japan has been focusing on cultural exchange with Taiwan.
