FY Reiwa 3 (2021) FY 1 Social Support Grant through Arts and Culture

Business Overview
With the support of cooperating organizations, Gekidan Gong widely recruited young people who are so-called "hikikomori" or "NEETs" and have neither found employment nor attended school, and through demonstration workshops and leaflets, they helped them develop self-expression based on a sense of trust, fulfillment, self-affirmation, and diversity through the experience of creating a stage together with their friends, and supported them toward social participation. After an orientation (individual interview), from the first stage, we held a theater workshop for communication such as stretching and theater games, and while creating a place of trust, in preparation for the presentation, we presented the work "Shameless Capu," which was created by group creation (dithering), while respecting the wishes of the participants, including the writers (performance time: 1 hour 20 minutes). They experienced an authentic stage, including stage tools, props, costumes, lighting, and sound. There were 10 participants. During this time, I decided who would be in charge of the design and creation of the leaflet, props, costumes, and so on, and made them together with everyone.
