Profile
[Masamitsu Sannomiya]
Graduated from Musashino University of Music. He won the second prize at the Bruges International Old Music Competition. Since 2008, he has been producing historical oboes with Niji Tamura. Released solo albums "Virtuoso Oboe," "Oboe Works of 19 Century Paris" and "Vidercare Duosonata". He is currently the principal oboist of "Bach Collegium Japan" and "Orquestor avant-garde". Presides over Ensemble Vincent. He is a lecturer at the Department of Ancient Music, Tokyo University of the Arts.
