Business Overview

He commissioned six composers, each with their own vocabulary, to compose new songs for all six voices, from soprano to bass. Through the collaboration of up-and-coming musicians and composers, the potential of "modern vocal music" was explored from individual approaches, and a concert was held in which the appeal of each voice was experienced overnight. 【La Portée】
Established in collaboration with young composers and musicians, it aims to introduce and popularize contemporary music, mainly new works. The founding members were Koshi UESUGI, Rinichi MOMEKAWA and Masatoshi NAKAMURA. A concert is held once every 2 years (it was canceled in 2020 due to the spread of infectious diseases). With themes and concepts from innovative perspectives, the exhibition proposes new ways of appreciating avant-garde art.
