Executive Committee Chairperson Taizo Sayama
Has been active as an actor since childhood.
After building a career as an actor, he turned to playwright and director and founded Taizo Club. After changing the name of the troupe to "Nomakimin-NOMADE-" and performing four times, they terminated the form of the troupe and started "NOMADE SECOND SEASON" in order to search for a new form outside the framework of the troupe.
After that, he founded the small group actor training school "Japan Actors Factory".
After dissolving the actor training school, he ran the small theater "Sun Mall Studio" in Shinjuku Ward.
He strives to discover and develop new talents mainly in the small theater world.
