Business Overview

The works of Encho SANYUTEI, who created many masterpieces, are long, and because of the limited waiting time and time, it cannot be helped that the currently performed works are often read out, that is, only a part of the whole works are performed. This time, "Kaidan Botan Toro" (Ghost Stories: Peony Lanterns), which is considered to be relatively familiar to the public, was performed in the form of a solo performance in which free time was available, and a total of 22 episodes were re-organized and edited into 6 parts, the first half of which was 1.2.3 the second half of which was 4.5.6, and rakugo was performed throughout the whole story, including parts that are not usually performed, to revive and inherit rakugo as a serial story, and to provide the audience with a new way of enjoying rakugo today.

"Sanyutei Yuba"
September 1994: Became a disciple of Sayuzo SANYUTEI. He practiced zenza under the name of Yudachi SANYUTEI.
In September 1998, he changed his name to Yudachi and was promoted to Futatsume under the name of Yuma.
In May 2008, he was promoted to shinuchi.
In 2014, he received the grand prize in the popular entertainment category of the 2014 (69) Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs Arts Festival.
