The JR Chuo Line runs west from Tokyo. Center line art festival Tokyo Chuo Line Art Festival 2021 will be held as a platform to create and transmit "art supported by citizens" from the line connecting the city center and people's lives. 18 artists with various ways of expression participated and 9 programs and related events were held in 5 cities along the Chuo Line for 23 days. Profile

【Co-production of art works-M】
Founded in 2010 as an art unit for individual works. To date, they have presented 10 works in cities across Japan, including Tokyo, Yokohama, Akita, Kobe, Kyoto, Okayama, Fukuoka, and Okinawa. In April 2015, they began a production and management business with the aim of promoting inter-city cultural exchange in the performing arts in Japan. In 2016, they expanded into planning and production, and web publishing. In the same year, they began operating the M.O.W M-Lab Open Class & Workshop as an educational business. In 2020, they established a book publishing division, works-m.books, and published "Body Spills." They are committed to building networks between cities across Japan and creating spaces for multifaceted, experimental expression.
