Business Overview
Geisha who support the world of geisha hold the Kagurazaka Odori festival every year as a place to show their daily training in traditional arts such as Japanese dance, Tokiwazu, Narimono, and Nagauta. The purpose of this festival is to contribute to the revitalization of the entire region by fostering those who have the skills necessary for performing and surely passing on precious traditional arts to the next generation.

Profile
[Tokyo Kagurazaka Kumiai]
The organization was changed from Ushigome Sangyokai, which was the front line of our union, to Tokyo Kagurazaka Kumiai, which is made up of geisha unions and Japanese-style restaurants. The Kagurazaka Odori was started in 1963 as the Ushigome Satsuki-kai, and held every 1 to 3 years until 1993. After a period of suspension, it was restarted in 1999 as the Hana no kai, and the name was changed back to Kagurazaka Odori in 2007.
