Business Overview

Art Week Tokyo, a project to promote contemporary art that lives within the urban context of Tokyo, was held for four days from November 4th to 7th, 2021. Fifty galleries and museums in Tokyo that have been at the forefront of contemporary art, from internationally acclaimed galleries and new generation artist-run spaces to national art museums and private museums, came together and collaborated around the theme of "contemporary art." Four routes connected the venues, and an "art bus" carrying art allowed easy access to the 50 art spots, making this an art event of unprecedented scale.
