Business Overview

Kamado Kitchen's new theatrical performance featuring the character portrayal of the scenery of "Umi 2". In this work, I defined the Internet, which has become an inseparable part of modern society, as a vast ocean, and defined the bodies that play sodium chloride that exist there as SNS accounts. By depicting these fantasy journeys in a structure that matches the problems of real society, I considered the future landscape that the Internet and society could reach. Profile

[Kamado Kitchen]
Established in 2017 as a solo project to perform Kengo Kodama's plays. It became a theatrical company in 2019.

It creates "fiction that reconstructs life within a radius of a few millimeters to tens of thousands of kilometers" with motifs set for each work. The game is characterized by the creation of characters based on fanciful interpretations of landscapes seen by the human eye, such as cedar forests, clouds, and dust. In our pop life, we move back and forth between human beings and motifs, such as scenery and imagination, symbols and the body, nature and society.
