Business Overview
The purpose is to have many citizens appreciate the promotion of Chinese and Japanese culture, create opportunities to experience various cultural arts, and pass on the legacy of cultural arts to the next generation. More specifically, the program will include musical instrument performances by the "Tokyo Chugoku Kabudan" and Japanese dance performances by the "Dance Group Kikunokai," performances by member organizations of the Higashimurayama City Cultural Association, and exhibitions of works that are relevant to Japanese culture. The program will also promote cultural activities in Japan and China and convey the appeal of art and culture in a wide range of fields.

Profile
Higashimurayama
It is located in the center of the Musashino Plateau, a diluvial formation stretching from the Arakawa River to the Tama River in northwestern Tokyo. The northwestern part includes the Sayama Hills, which are just like today, floating on the Musashino Plateau, and it gently flows in the direction of the Arakawa River (northeast).
In the city, there are copses of trees and rural scenery that still retain the atmosphere of Musashino, and it is relaxing for the people who stroll around. Kitayama Park, one of the New One Hundred Views of Tokyo, has irises, lotuses, higanbana, and bursting greenery against the backdrop of Mt. Hachikoku.
