Business Overview
Featuring media artist Yoichi Ochiai as general director, “True Colors FASHION ” is a diversity fashion show in which 11 teams of models, tech companies, and fashion brands walk the runway and reveal their production processes through interviews. It will be available on the official youtube channel of True Colors Festival from 13:00 on May 30, 2021. From fashion created with the model's body as the starting point, we will expand technology that is close to the body, such as prosthetic legs and wheelchairs, through fashion, and consider how adaptive clothing should be in response to the diversity of everyone's body.

Profile
[Yoichi Ochiai/Media Artist]
Graduated from the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Informatics, University of Tokyo. Director, Digital Nature Development Research Center, University of Tsukuba, Associate Professor and Research Representative of JST CREST xDiversity Project. He has written numerous books, including "Digital Nature (PLANETS)" and "World Atlas 2030 (SB Creative)." With the statement of "Facing the materializing computer nature, I ruminate on the yearning and passion between mass and image," he freely crosses the boundaries of research and artistic activities and continues to explore and express himself. He runs the online salon Ochiai Yoichi Juku.
