Masayasu Kashiwa, the president of the Shimokita Shopping District Promotion Association, and 48 members of the executive committee are planning and managing the event, mainly Smiley Harashima, who holds many music events in Shimokitazawa, Shinjuku, Tokyo and various places in Kyushu, in parallel with music activities.
